THE PROJECT:
To create a video showcasing all of the Associate Resource Groups during Diversity and Inclusion Week. Each of the Associate Resource Groups participated in a large group video shoot, followed by break-outs of each individual group. The purpose was to generate excitement around these communities within the organization.
The video was shared on the company's intranet, digital signs throughout the buildings, and on social media.
